Library Director: Cynthia Tibbs Lopez

Cynthia Tibbs Lopez was raised in Manti. She believes that libraries are the heart of the community; and they should assist patrons in learning, creating, and achieving their dreams. Her goal is to create a library that meets the needs of Manti’s patrons.

She received her Master of Library Science from Texas Woman’s University. Her Library experience includes managing, developing, and maintaining small libraries.
